Matt was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend DogWatch hidden fence. I researched DogWatch, Invisible Fence and Pet Watch and DogWatch had the superior product and most thoroughly met our needs. DogWatch had the best collars (our batteries are good for two years), the best warranty (lifetime vs Invisible Fence’s one year), and while DogWatch may cost slightly more up front, there are no extra costs or hidden fees for having a technician adjust your system, collars, etc.. (Invisible Fence charges for these services). Matt offers several different systems, and DogWatch has interior arrangements that will keep pets out of certain rooms or off of specific furniture (our dogs can go in the living room but cannot get on the white couch and chair, all using the same collar). My experience has been that DogWatch is the overall best value and you probably won’t find better service! Many thanks to Matt for a five star experience.

Matt was wonderful! He installed our electric fence and he worked with each of our dogs individually - one of which is deaf. He was patient and thorough. Didn’t rush out after the job. He followed up every couple weeks to check in and has been available if any questions come up. Highly recommend Matt and Dogwatch!

We are very happy with our DogWatch Invisible Fence. Matt is professional, experienced and friendly. He is great with our dogs. We have a new puppy and needed an additional collar for him. He also helped us with an area in the house we needed our new pup to stay away from. Our system inside and outside of the house is working great. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and the DogWatch products to our friends and neighbors.

Matt was great to work with. Our dog kept escaping our fenced in backyard so we contacted DogWatch to see if they could help. He came the next day and walked around the yard with us and recommended their smart fence. It was pretty cool to have an app tracker on the fence and see when the fence was activated.

Matt just left after quickly and methodically fixing our invisible fence after an attack by an Aerator. After fixing the fence Matt went the extra mile making sure the collar was operating properly, fit my dog well and that my dog was still well trained. I would highly recommend Matt if you are considering getting an invisible fence for your pet!!!

Our experience with DogWatch and Matt was simply outstanding! We were facing a number of difficult challenges with our new rescue dog and randomly turned to Matt for solutions. He presented us with all that we needed to resolve our problems and sincerely cared about our dogs. The companies personal attention to follow-up - and in ensuring that everything was going properly was excellent. Matt of Dog Watch Charleston provided excellent service from planning and installing the electronic dog fence to training the dogs with the barrier. He is always responsive to questions and concerns. Finally the Dog Watch system is excellent with the ability to adjust the correction level on the collars without calling a rep to come out.

Matt was very professional and responded the same day to a disruption in the underground fence wire related to construction. During the day he updated me by text regarding his expected time of arrival. Once at our house he troubleshot the fence and mended it quickly. As a bonus he also addressed the aging collar post on one of my dogs collars. This is our second Dog Watch fence, and both have been a reliable system for containing our dogs safely.
